Disliked: Check-in, communication, location
Not the best experience
It's hard for me to write a negative review for a property but I was just generally not impressed with this location..
Upon arriving, I was told the exact information of the location at the exact time of check in. I thought that it was a little strange until I realized it was probably because they leave the door unlocked so you can get inside (no key box outside) with the keys inside on the counter. It's in an apartment complex (not a condo) so leaving the door unlocked for anyone to get in before we arrived is a little unnerving.
When I asked about obtaining second parking pass, (we had 4 people, 2 cars) I was told that I didn't request two parking passes so I would either need to pay for another one or go make a copy myself at Kinkos.
Like another review said- I also wouldn't say it's "walking distance" to Truist Park. It's at least 2 miles- so we opted to Uber.
They also seem to have a bug problem which is most likely due to being in an older apartment building and on the ground floor (spider and silverfish).
To be transparent- we did acquire a linen fee afterwards which I paid.
Overall, I would give this stay a 3/10. I probably would not recommend friends or family stay here.
