Wake to the sights and sounds of boats passing by on the canal right outside, or head out from the dock for a day of fishing in your own watercraft. Discover several popular attractions within a few miles of your door including Viking Golf & Go-Karts, Fenwick Island State Park, the historic Ocean City Boardwalk, and the seasonal Freeman Arts Pavilion.

Inside, prepare your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an intimate breakfast bar, and then dine indoors or alfresco at the picnic table out on your deck overlooking the harbor. After meals or after exciting days out, sink into the sofa in the living area to channel surf, read, or just chat with your group and plan out the coming days.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
