Welcome to The Laura.
This beautiful and newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located just 2 miles away from Oxford's bustling square and campus! This condo offers a spacious and airy atmosphere that promotes relaxation and comfort for parents visiting their kiddos, business travelers, or game day getaways. We have everything you need to make your stay memorable, here at The Laura.

The Laura has recently been completely remodeled, and redesigned, and is fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Our most desirable amenity by far though, is the free shuttle service that takes you directly to the square and campus, making it easy for you to explore all that Oxford has to offer without the hassle of paying for parking or an Uber.

The newly developed township of Rowandale is situated approximately two miles from both Oxford Square and The University of Mississippi Campus. With mature trees throughout and multiple greenspace areas, this neighborhood offers a countryside feel while being only minutes from some of Oxford’s most popular destinations.

Uber, Lyft, taxi services, and OUT (Oxford University Transit) are available. Bike rentals are available at Oxford Bicycle Co.

Great place, but amenities not quite done yet
Ashley was fantastic and very responsive. The place was nicely decorated. The fitness center was closed (still under construction) and the pool was in need of a good cleaning. The description also didn't share that there was no elevator, which was tough being on the third floor.

I stayed at this property for the week of sorority recruitment to be a help to my daughter if she needed me. The place was great, close to everything and we will definitely be back!

beautiful place
Very safe, quiet and perfect location, Uber rides were about $7.00 on the average to get to the Square. Super clean. Great bed. It is located on the third floor which could have been hard for an elderly person. The building does not have the address number posted but we did fine it. The hostess is going to request for the building number to be placed. I would stay there again for sure
