Your new vacation spot has a living space with a tropical seating area with a 75" QLED 4K TV and large windows that showcase the beauty of the Gulf. The fully remodeled kitchen has unique retro appliances, a wine fridge, quartz counters, island seating, and a dining nook with a handmade Turkish epoxy table.

The primary bedroom has a Rattan King bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a gorgeous tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a nifty built-in bunk bed and a smart TV. There is a hall bath with a shower and tub combination, and the living room sofa can be converted into a sleeper sofa.

This property is absolutely beautiful!! Loved sitting outside listening to the waves in the morning Or evening. Direct beach access was amazing and Any issues resolved quickly! Hope to stay here again in the future!

Perfect location
The location of this property is perfect! Just steps from the beach and a short walk to restaurants, shops, nightlife. The inside of the property is fresh, clean and nicely decorated. Although located on a very busy street, the street noise is not noticeable inside. The kitchen is well equipped. The downside of this rental is the bedroom with the loft. An adult cannot stand upright in the loft nor the area under the loft making it necessary to crawl into bed from the end. This would be the perfect place for a couple with children saving a lot of bumped heads!! The four of us staying there were all over 70 and it should be noted that anyone who has trouble with stairs there are quite a few steps to enter the unit. Note to owner: The brackets holding the railing to the building are rusted through allowing the rail to pull out. Also the furniture on the deck is too big for the space making it difficult for more then two to sit out.

Perfect location, super cute and clean condo!
Our family really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and decorated super cute. We loved being able to easily walk over to Bridge Street to eat and also be right on the ocean. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was beautiful. It was right on the beach and we could walk to restaurants and all downtown areas. It was quiet and clean. Could not have asked for a nicer location!
