DON’T STAY HERE
My friends and I arrived in LA for our stay and right away the address that we were emailed for check in was different than the address on the listing. Upon arrival we noticed a ton of things wrong with the residence, namely that it looks NOTHING like these photos. There was mold, the door had massive gaping around it, plugs you can’t use, insects getting in from the doorway, broken toilet handle, rusted shower appliances, and the chairs at the table had a number of stains on the cushions. The whole time we were there we were unable to get in contact with the property owner (not even customer service could), and we had to immediately evacuate because of the health concerns. This whole time VRBO customer support has also been wholly unhelpful, telling us we’d be getting refunded and they’d assist with the hotel we had to book last minute, when it has now been two weeks and we have not been updated and anyone we try to contact has been unable to help.

Great location
We loved our stay. The location was quiet and central to things. The owners were very organized and quick to reply with any needs necessary. We received all information needed very quickly. Would stay here again!

Great location
The property is clean, tidy and in a fantastic location to tour Hollywood and the surrounding areas. Compact but enough space for a family of four to relax and unwind after a day sightseeing or exploring the theme parks. Host very responsive and helpful
