Welcome to the Swanky Seahorse!  This is a 2023 three story luxury townhome, 2nd row at the north end of Carolina Beach with beautiful ocean views from all three floors! Features five bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and an elevator to all floors.  The two master suites facing the ocean feature king size beds and custom walk in showers.  The third rear facing master bedroom features a king bed and a large balcony. The fourth bedroom features a king bed and a twin.  The fifth bedroom is a bunk room with a bunk bed with trundle, sleeping three.  The Ocean access is 100 ft down the street on both sides. Brand new 14x30 ft pool with 10 ft spillover hot tub is ready as of 6/1/24.

Great Stay
This property is superb! Very spacious, clean and modern. I definitely wish we could've stayed longer. The owner is very responsive. We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful Large House
The house was beautiful and spacious! Comfortably accommodated 12 adults! It is equipped with modern technology/appliances and has an overall new and clean feel to it. We loved the kitchen space and hanging out on the porch. Only minor complaint is the beach was crowded where the house is at. It also would have been nice if the house was more stocked with basic things such as soaps, more dishes, etc. Overall, I would absolutely recommend the stay!

Awesome Stay
My family and I stayed at this property for a few days and had a wonderful experience. It is in a great location! The home was clean and well organized. There was plenty of space and it was very comfortable. Brian was an awesome host and was very responsive and answered any questions we had. We would definitely stay again!
