My wife and I like to keep in shape, boat, fish, and hike. The ocean is right next door to us so easy access to beaches and marinas.
Why they chose this property
This is a quiet, established neighborhood, close to Crescent Beach and White Rock Beach.
What makes this property unique
Our "Yellow Cottage" is situated above our separate double garage. The quaint entrance is in the courtyard, down the driveway, and to the left side of the separate garage building.
