Welcome to Moon Haven on the Beach! This centrally located, family friendly property on the beach with balcony view of the lake and nightly fountain show! Relax and enjoy Laketown Wharf's expansive property that includes pools; hot tubs; putting green; on-site restaurants, stores, and shops; and fitness facility.

This beautifully furnished and spacious 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo features an additional set of bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Enjoy the private balcony view of the lake and the spectacular fountain show that takes place each night. This condo is great for entertaining family and friends with a large living area, large outside balcony area, and fully equipped kitchen.

Whether you are coming with family, friends, or even for work...you will love all the amenities the resort has to offer.

Guests will have full access to the resort and all the amenities but must complete the Laketown Wharf Guest Registration and pay the one-time fee per reservation, as detailed below.

Please note that registration of ALL guests is required by Laketown Wharf. The cost for this registration is an additional $114 one-time fee per reservation and is included in your booking price. This is for property access, wristbands, and parking passes.

Your host will reach out to you following your booking to obtain information to register you and your guests. When you check-in, you will pick up your Welcome Packet with the wristbands and parking passes at the Concierge Desk located in the Lobby.

While there are plenty of activities and some eateries right here in the Laketown Wharf Resort, you can also walk or drive a short distance to ample nearby businesses.

The Laketown Wharf Resort offers a vast variety of amenities - you might even have trouble deciding which to try first! Be sure to bring your swimsuit, since there are five different resort-style pools and a rooftop hot tub, including an interactive pool just for the kids. You will enjoy preferred access to a nine-hole golf course and the Hombre Golf Club. Keep up your fitness routine with a well-equipped gym, or take a fitness class. With even more options including nightly light displays at the fountain, ample activities for kids, and a dock on the freshwater lake, everyone will find something to love here.

If you're here for the famous sugar-sand beach, you're in luck - there's a private beach access point just steps away! Rent a chair or two and an umbrella to take in the relaxation. After a day of sunbathing, building sand castles, and enjoying the water, you can walk to one of many nearby dining options either inside or outside the resort. Since you're staying right in the heart of Panama City Beach, it's just a short drive to get to any of the other eateries, shopping opportunities, and activities throughout the town.

When you enter the gate at Laketown Wharf, you will need to let security know the unit number and that you are a renter. Once, you have entered the property, you will need to stop at the Lobby (access is located under the overhang to the left). At the Concierge Desk, you will need to let them know you are there to pick up your Welcome Packet, bracelets, and parking passes.

Parking for the Moon Haven unit is best and closest in the parking garage across from the Lobby. Using any of the elevators you will go to the 10th floor.

If you are taking the parking garage elevator go to the very top level, walk through the pool area and go through the gate to the right. Walk past the elevators and take a right. The unit will be on the left.

If you are taking any of the other elevators go to the 10th level and follow the signs for the corresponding unit number.

Wristbands must be worn at all times on property and parking passes should be easily visible in each vehicle.
Welcome & Registration Packet (Wristbands & Parking Passes):

***ID verification for main guest is REQUIRED upon to your arrival.***

The current cost to the Guest is a "one time" fee of $114.00 for up to 8 wristbands & 2 parking passes. (This fee is included in your booking)

Upon arrival, guests will pick up their Reservation Packet at the Concierge desk in the lobby.

Your Reservation Packet will include your wristbands and parking passes.

Wristbands: Everyone 12 and older must wear their wristbands at all times while on the property.

The current cost to the Guest is a "one time" fee $114.00 for up to 8 wristbands & 2 parking passes.

Welcome Packets (Wristbands & Parking Passes): There will be NO REFUNDS for Reservation Packets that are canceled less than seven (7) days prior to arrival. This will be at the Guest's expense.

There will be a fee of $100.00 each to replace lost owner or guest wristbands. Broken owner or guest wristbands may be brought to the Concierge Desk in the lobby for replacement at no charge. This will be at the Guest's expense.

The Concierge Desk will be open seven days a week from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM (CST).

Additional Rules & Policies:

No pets are allowed.
At least one guest per reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
