Community Center Activity card requires a one time fee of $15 p/person to enjoy all activities in the community center which include lap pool and recreational pool with hot tub, tennis courts, exercise room, cardio/weight room, library, billiard room, and more! Community is adjacent to the Lone Tree Public Golf Course and Grill. Your favorite stores and restaurants conveniently located 5-10 minute drive.
