Newly renovated and fully furnished detached home in 55+ Adult resort gated community. Countless activities available within community including pools, outdoor games, tennis, golf and endless clubs and activities for exercise. Newly renovated clubhouse includes billiard and game room, library, lounge, restaurant/lounge and post office. Many community sponsored events occur in large ballroom including dining experiences and health and other sponsored fairs. You almost don't need to leave!

Our host Mark was extremely accommodating. This home is so well set up and there were lots of extras to assure we were well taken care of! It was a home away from home...thankyou to our hosts for a lovely relaxing stay! PS - the housecoat was a favourite!

Our Sunbird Rental in November
This rental was a wonderful experience for us. Our host Mark was very professional and communicative right from the beginning and throughout our stay and got back to us immediately when we had a question. The lovely house had been recently renovated and was spotless. We have rented in Sunbird several times before and have enjoyed the social events and the excellent recreational facilities. Thank you Mark.

Fabulous month at Sunbird!
Everything from arrangements for check-in to check-out went smoothly without baby problems. And our owner responded promptly with to any issues We had during our stay. Highly recommend this VRBO property.

This home was certainly a great choice for us. It was very, very clean and all the essentials were provided. The check-in process with Mark was very easy. He provided a notebook with information about the house and the community that was helpful to us. Mark also contacted us a couple of days later just to check if we needed anything. The location is great with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We would definitely rent from Mark again. Very easy to work with, a very positive experience. Pam Z
