Amazing! Neighborhood is extremely nice, yet very conveniently located to freeway, shops and restaurants. Fully renovated with an abundance of green space. The host is extremely accommodating, most concerned with guest needs and pleasures. The best VRBO experience I’ve had to date!!

My family and I have lived in Los Angeles for over 40 years and we love our neighborhood. I am a retired engineer and my wife has her own travel agency and because of that we are very familiar with hospitality field. We have tried to make our place a very comfortable living environment with all the amenities and if you ever need anything additional or help with anything we could be your personal concierge next door.

Why they chose this property

The area is an old area of the valley with large expensive custom made houses. The area is very safe and you could always enjoy a nice walk around the neighborhood and enjoy the large old trees and beautiful architectures. Neighborhood is very friendly and private.

What makes this property unique

The private backyard is unique and sets this property apart from others. We remodeled the unit and added a beautiful gazebo that holds a fully grown grapevine and a new sitting area. The gazebo has hanging lights that create a romantic atmosphere at night. There is also a large raised planter with plants and flowers, and a smaller planter with more flowers and plants. You can even grow your own spices in the large planter if you stay long enough
