Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay near Quinnipiac University and Sleeping Giant State Park. This home offers 3 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. It also offers a living room, dining area, bathroom, and nicely equipped kitchen. With easy access to Merritt Parkway, route 91, 95, Albertus Magnus, Yale Universities. Just a few minutes to Wallingford, or a variety of eateries, brew pubs, vineyards. Short distance to convenience stores, shopping centers and cafes.
1. **No Parties Allowed:** We maintain a serene environment, and as such, parties are strictly prohibited within the premises.

2. **No Smoking:** Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

3. **Immediate Departure for Violations:** In the event of any policy violations, immediate departure will be enforced. Additionally, a $200 penalty will apply to cover associated costs.

4. **Towels for Personal Use Only:** Please refrain from using towels for makeup removal. Makeup removal wipes are provided for your convenience.

Good enough for a short stay
The house was clean with the exception of the bathroom. Beds were comfortable, living room and dining space were nice, with new Fridge and stove in the vintage 50s kitchen. The house appears to be new to the vacation rental market. Some details need to be taken care of - No hand towels, wash cloths or dish drying towels, very basic kitchen set up with just 1 knife for preparing food. There are mini blinds, but no curtains and most windows don't function/dislodged screens. Perfectly fine for a 48 hour stay and very close to colleges. About 20 minutes to Yale. 2 minutes to Quinnipiac.
