Located in Butler Beach this beautiful, modern, coastal efficiency apartment will accomodate 2 guests. Enjoy a short walk to the beach or drive on beach access just down the street. Close to restaurants and shopping. Butler Beach is located on Anastasia Island between Crescent Beach and St. Augustine Beach.
Tones of Blue is a 2 bedroom 2 bath cottage on the property next door that is a seperate vacation rental.
The garage is not included in the rental.

Beautiful apartment
Beautiful large one room apartment. All updated with very comfortable bed. Kitchen is in entry way and large bathroom with w/d is to the side. Furniture arrangement makes it seem like there is a separate living room. Don't have to look at bed when you visit with guests, dine or cook. Problems with wi-fi were promptly addressed. Great parking. You can even see the ocean when you stand. Not for folks who have trouble with steps or need totally dark room for sleeping.
