Recently remodeled property in historic 4th Ave/Downtown Tucson. Located a stones throw from the street car & walking distance to the U of A, shopping, night life, bars, & trending eatery's. Enjoy a bright & spacious floorplan w/ high ceilings. Large eat-in kitchen w/ all the essentials for long & short term stays. Sleep tight in a huge master bedroom w/ super comfy king bed. Tastefully decorated thru-out w/ Murphy bed that additional guests can enjoy! Hot location that definitely wont disappoint!

Had a good holiday
The house is just west of the university. It was a good location for what we needed. There is a tram that runs from just east of the university to just west of the downtown area. It was free while we were in Tucson. There are many restaurants within walking distance. Very comfortable king bed. We would stay here again.

Great stay in Tucson
This was a great rental in a very good location. We were able to take the tram or walk to many restaurants and bars. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked very well. Parking was easy.
