Following an adventurous day exploring downtown Grand Junction, touring Palisade's wineries, cruising the numerous biking trails, or catching a baseball game at Suplizio Field, unwind and relax at our inviting East Side Pad. Your perfect home away from home awaits, offering everything you need for a memorable experience with friends and family!





When you enter this Sunset Pad, you are immediately greeted by its groovy, fun design from sunset orange accent walls to repurposed artwork made by the homeowner himself. The living space is furnished with a comfy couch and smart TV. Directly past the living room, is the whimsically designed kitchen that is equipped with a full refrigerator, stove and dishwasher as well as many cooking and eating utensils. Down the hallway to the right is the main bathroom that is suited with a full bathtub/shower. A little further down the hall is an all-in-one washer and dryer. This home features three bedrooms. One bedroom, which is great for kids, is equipped with a bunk bed that is fullsize on the bottom and twin on top. The next bedroom is suited with a comfy queen bed and dresser to unpack and feel at home. Finally, the master bedroom is decorated with a beautiful orange accent wall, a cozy queen bed and is attached to a private bathroom with a full shower. Some other awesome features that families would enjoy is a 6-seat patio table and grill under the enclosed and shaded patio area great for barbeques and hanging out with friends. There is off-street parking and a fenced backyard which is perfect for any furry family members.

Lovely home with lots of nice touches
This is a well kept and very comfortable home with lots of nice extra touches from both the owners and the property manager. I want an excuse to come back to Grand Junction just so I can stay in this house again!

Adorable house in working class neighborhood
Everything about the house was charming. Great kitchen bits, extremely comfortable bed. Things out of property owners control only complaint — scary barking dog next door. Also dog owners be advised there are several toxic-to-dogs plants in yard.
