Welcome to our spacious vacation home in Moon Valley, the perfect getaway for your family or group of friends. This spacious 6-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is the perfect retreat for your next getaway. Located just a short 10-minute drive from North Scottsdale, you'll enjoy easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options; but with our backyard oasis, you may find it hard to leave the property! Step outside and you'll find a private paradise complete with a heated mini pool (+$35/night - please request at least one week before arrival) and spa - perfect for lounging in the sun or relaxing after a long day of exploring. Challenge your friends to a game of bocce or practice your putting skills on the green. If you're feeling competitive, gather around the cornhole board for some friendly competition or roast marshmallows around the fire pit under the stars. Inside, you'll find plenty of entertainment options for everyone. Play a game of pool or ping pong, test your skills on one of two arcade games, or challenge your friends to a game of darts or foosball. For some classic family fun, gather around the giant connect four board.

Please note that during the winter months the ability to heat a pool is affected by the ambient temperatures outdoors. If temperatures reach below 45°F the pool heater will no longer be effective in heating the pool.

This home is professionally managed by a local hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction. Our main business line is available during regular business hours for general questions, comments, and support, and can also assist with emergencies 24/7.

We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.

How The Home Is Stocked:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.

• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• No more than 4 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.

House is Fine - REBL Rentals is NOT

The amenities at this property are nice and the pictures accurately represent the house. However, be prepared to spend on lots of supplies. The property can hold 20 ppl but there were somehow 4 cups and 6 plates here. The property is EXTREMELY sparsely equipped. The floors were so dirty our feet were black after a few hours. There also isn't really space to sit and hangout inside except for the dining table if you have a group of adults or families. The pool is also VERY small and deep - not great if you're planning a trip with kids. The property management company REBL was extremely hard to get ahold of. If you call their customer service team be prepared to not hear back regarding your need or issue. We had a catastrophic leak happen in the house while we were there and it took 6 calls to get a response from maintenance. They did work quickly to move us to a new property (that also had a leak) but dealing with them has been very difficult. This property OWNER is probably great but I will absolutely avoid any other REBL property moving forward.

Was nice but a tad overpriced

Great space and amenities. Heated pool was nice. Spa was broken. Remotes for TVs and lights worked with multiple places so was annoying when multiple TV's and lights would turn on or off and change channels or streams unintentionally in other rooms. Overall liked it and would stay again but not at the price we paid.

Overrated

Ok, but not great. The pool table was so bad it was unplayable. The foosball table was super cheap. The hot tub stopped working half way through our stay. Rebel rentals is a hassle to deal with. One of the vents in the kitchen was falling off. It served its purpose for our stay, but we won’t stay there again.

Family Christmas Getaway

First to start we did not stay at the original booking as we were told the house had plumbing issues in which we couldn’t stay at that house. The management company called and did offer several other choices for our large group of 19 (10 adults and 9 kids and 1 small dog). The new house for our needs. It was a little musty throughout the house but we opened up the windows and cleared out the smell. The house had its little quirks that were different but overall it was a nice house and we are grateful that the management team had other options for our family for the Christmas holiday!
