You'll be only 10 miles from Disney World and a short drive from such beloved attractions as Disney's Animal Kingdom, Island H2O Water Park, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Epcot, and Universal Studios.

One of the best features of this house is the calming oasis you return to after a day of activity. Step out back onto a screened patio with an outdoor swimming pool and an attached spillover spa (both of which can be heated upon request from October 1 through May 1, with a minimum requirement of three days). It's the ultimate in relaxation - taking a cool dip in the pool, letting the spa soothe your tired muscles, and dining alfresco at sunset in the shade of the umbrella.

Inside, this welcoming, air-conditioned home boasts an open, beautifully decorated living space. Dry off from a refreshing swim, come inside to spread out comfortably on the plush sectional, and find a favorite movie to watch on TV.

When you're not enjoying the nearby dining options, the well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up tasty masterpieces, including a dishwasher for stress-free clean-up. At night, sleep soundly in three bedrooms, including a primary suite with its own TV and an exquisite en suite bath with a jetted tub, a shower, and a double vanity. If you're planning an extended stay, a private washer/dryer is provided as well.

Things to Know

Pool/spa heat is available from October 1 through May 1 only, with a minimum requirement of three days.

The home has a water purifying system.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
