Updated 2nd Floor condo with front porch and a beautiful relaxing lanai overlooking a large pond. Located in a gated community that includes a heated pool. This condo is beautifully maintained and fully stocked. New hurricane windows, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, all linens, towels, beach towels, and beach equipment (chairs, cart, umbrella, beach bag, coolers). Full size washer and dryer in unit. The vaulted living room area seats 5 comfortably and has a smart TV with wi-fi and basic cable. The master bedroom has a queen bed, black-out curtains and newly remodeled bathroom. The guest bedroom also has a queen bed. Enjoy your coffee on the beautiful lanai overlooking the pond, or on the front porch. Must reserve at least 20 days before check-in for HOA application to be processed.
