OCEAN BLOCK located fourth from the beach! This custom built home offers four bedrooms with three and a half baths. The reversed living layout has an open floor plan with lots of natural light. The top floor which includes the kitchen, living room and dining area that opens to an oceanfront deck with seating for 6 and a grill. Access to the roof top deck is is from the great room complete with a hammock and table & chairs for wave watching & sunbathing. Enjoy beautiful views of Atlantic City and the causeway bridge. The primary suite is located on the upper level with a king size bed, full bath and private balcony. The middle level has a comfortable family room with a second TV and refrigerator. A junior suite with private bathroom, two guest bedrooms and a shared full bathroom round out the level. The rear yard is nicely landscaped and fenced for privacy with a new outdoor shower. A three stop elevator makes unpacking a breeze. Steps to the beach and walking distance to fine dining, shops and entertainment.

Very close to Beach
The home was very updated and comfortable. It had many amenities including an elevator from garage to every floor for unloading and loading our suitcases. A/C worked beautifully. Very close to beach.
