Enjoy peace and quiet in this 10 acre mountain retreat while also being just minutes to all that Boulder has to offer.

Sit on the deck and watch deer and birds enjoy the landscape. Each bedroom comes with a desk and monitor so, along with the high speed wifi, work from home never felt better. Two bedrooms with king beds, one with a queen. A pull out sofa offers another comfortable bed. Two full bathrooms. Full kitchen. Wonderful back deck with sweeping views and a Weber grill. Hot tub. A perfect place to relax.

Only a short drive to Pearl Street for all the great food, shopping and art that Boulder has to offer.

Perfect location and views
Moving a child into college can be a tough transition but staying in this beautiful mountain home, 10 minutes from downtown Boulder and close to amazing hikes, made it less difficult. The property manager was very receptive and helpful during our entire stay. Living in Florida, the mountain views and wildlife running around the home was a nice change of pace and having a kid in college in Boulder, we will likely return to this spot and maybe catch it in winter.
