Enjoy Beautiful Gulf Coast views from this fabulous townhome in the quiet, personal, beach-side community of Beau Clair. It is beautifully decorated and offers a cozy feel of a home away from home.

From the master balcony, you can step out and have your morning coffee and enjoy the endless view of the Gulf of Mexico. The light colors in the decor will transport you to the beach-feeling even while you are inside, while the splash of colorful pillows provides a feel for the local culture.

This 2-story townhome features a large and open 1st floor with living room, dining area, and a gourmet kitchen with bar seating. There is a half-bath downstairs. The place is comfortable and inviting and has plenty of natural light. It features a large flat-screen TV and cable service. A private WiFi network is provided for your convenience.

Bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor (upper level). The master suite includes a king size bed, flat-screen TV, with access to balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, a set of twin bunk beds, and a flat-screen TV. There is a large bathroom upstairs with a large walk in shower, water closet, and washer / dryer. Large closets and storage complement each of the bedrooms.

Guests will have access to the entire townhome.

This could have been the perfect place with a major exception. We had grandchildren with us planning on lots of pool time. The pool was closed and neighbors told us it had been for weeks. At the time of my booking there was no report of any issues. So if you have children I would not recommend this condo. Also, if you do rent this condo be aware that every time you open the refrigerator the freezer pops open. You have to watch it constantly I fully expected a partial refund or another date but received no accommodation for the faulty advertisement of a community pool. Buyer beware! Ask lots of questions
