Newly Renovated ...Blocks from beach. Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Each floor is identical floor plan; Upper and Lower. Can rent both upper and lower if available, please inquire. 4 short blocks to beach. Many restaurants within walking distance. Great for families, pet friendly (pending approval of weight and breed) for a fee. THREE night minimum. Linens are included and part of cleaning fee.
We offer great monthly rates , especially off season...just ask!

Stay at 20 Oak - Surfside
Property was as advertised, the property manager was excellent. On our way back to Canada we discovered that we had left our passports behind. The property manager used Fedex to overnight them to us. We had to depart early due to illness.

Great Beach House
House was very clean and close to beach, pier, and restaurants. We had plenty of room. Loved the big screen porch!
