Welcome to Crescent Beach Haven, the perfect family-friendly getaway! With a BRAND NEW heated private pool AND Just a 3-minute walk from the beach, this peaceful retreat provides the ideal setting for a relaxing vacation.

It boasts two separate family rooms with TVs, 4 bedrooms and sleeper-sofa to accommodate 12 guests - plenty of room for the whole family. Stay connected with fast-speed internet.

Enjoy the back yard, porch or deck with a grill for a family barbecue.

The space
The house has 4 bedrooms each with access to a full bathroom with a tub. Two bedrooms with En suite and the other two with a jack and Jill bathroom.

There are two living rooms. One with TV upstairs and a TV room downstairs.

Front or back deck to enjoy your morning coffee. Back deck is equipped with a BBQ (propane tank) grill and a seating are overlooking the pool area

Great location and house
With a short walk to the beach, the location couldn’t be better. Sits on a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood. The house is recently updated and really good shape. The new Pool was very nice as well and had special features like a water feature and different light show options which made it pretty cool at night. The lower level has a separate living room that unfortunately cannot be accessed from the main house, has no bathroom, has no refrigerator. Additionally, the only bathrooms in the house are inside bedrooms so if you do have guest over, they will have to go into a bedroom to use a bathroom It would’ve been nice if there were instructions on the pool water feature, it’s lights the heater as we had to figure out ourselves. Overall, I highly recommend this location, the owners were extremely responsive. The house is very nice and you really can’t beat the location.
