About this property

Single Family on Lagoon! 30 minutes from Atlantic City and 20 minutes from LBI.

Come and enjoy what our charming house has to offer with a lagoon right in our back yard. Private dock with use of Kayaks, rafts and paddle board. Enjoy a quiet evening with the fire pit and making new friends along the way. Newly added half bath and central air. Has a gas grill with plenty of seating. You can bring your own boat and dock it right at the private dock. Little Egg Harbor has their own beach minutes away. Availability for fishing, crabbing and plenty of restaurants to choose from. We are 30 minutes from Atlantic City and 20 minutes from the infamous LBI. There's a newly renovated community center with pickle ball courts and a brand new skate/bike park. Two golf courses with in minutes with great walking paths.

Mystic Island Long Weekend Stay
Upon arrival the property was as seen in the listing. Family friendly place, crabbing was fun and close to the beach. The house had most amenities needed. The property manager was friendly and attentive. Overall we had a nice stay, my only complaint is that for the amount of the cleaning fee I would have expected the place to be spotless and it was not. Oh, and you do not have control over the thermostat, it is pre set to 73 degrees I believe. If you’re an always hot/cold person this can be inconvenient.

The most relaxing baseball trip ever!
We rented this home for a baseball weekend in Manahawkin. It FAR exceeded our expectations! The home itself is lovely with many amenities, upgrades and charming “beach” decor. The best part of the home, in my opinion is out back on the lagoon! Our boys kayaked, paddle board, fished off the dock and made s’mores and hot dogs in the fire pit. We made a quick 20 minute drive to LBI for the day as well which was very convenient to get to. Highly recommend this home for a peaceful relaxing get away! Bonus: the property manager was quick to respond and very accommodating with our timing and schedule. Hope to be back one day!

Great Family Get-Away
Even nicer in person than in photos. Kayaks were great for family use. Neighbor perfect for morning run. Conveniently located to Walmart, Walgreens, and restaurants. 25 min drive to AC for daughter's bball tournament at convention center and outlet shopping.

The central air was broken, we were told ac units would be in windows. No ac units in windows. One on dresser. It was 91 in the house. We were sick with heat exhaustion. The floors were filthy, pubic hand on bathroom floor. No gas in gas grill. We washed the floors and counters, we had to was the bed linens as they were stained. Overall it was disgusting. I wouldn’t even give it a 1
