I am a mother of three sons who is now retired. I am offering up my lovely Ludington home which I have owned now for 19 years. I first came here as a young woman in 1971 and that's when I fell in love with Ludington. Now it's my great pleasure to share my home with you so maybe you can make your own memories here.
Why they chose this property
I wanted to be close the beach on Lake Michigan while also being a stone's throw from downtown to walk to House Of Flavors or one of the many tasty restaurants in town.
What makes this property unique
It was originally built in 1892, but I have made my own upgrades and additions to the house since I first purchased it 19 years ago. This is a great place for a modest family or a group of friends to have an enjoyable vacation getaway.
