After a day of adventures, watching a movie on the living room, or relax in the backyard. The house includes a deck, pergola and fence backyard and is just 30 minutes from Fredericksburg VA, Colonial beachTown 8 minutes, 2 minutes marina conmunity ,10 minutes Westmoreland beach and park , Restaurants , Tiki Bar and groceries store only 8 minutes.
The community has a private-beach with a dock, picnic shelters and lots of parking.

Great stay
The house was very clean and a well stocked kitchen. The private beach was a short walk from the house. The neighborhood seemed quiet and friendly. The best part about this rental property was that they allow pets; it made for a fun family vacation. We definitely plan to go back.
