Townhouse Treat
This property is beautifully decorated and very clean. Kitchen well stocked with things for cooking, even an electric kettle for tea. Loved the extra details, like yoga mats, and steam iron for wrinkled suitcase clothes. Townhouse is in a quiet, safe and centrally located neighborhood. An added plus was use of the garage for a rental car. It was a treat getting into a car that was not 1000°. Owner extremely helpful with recommendations to restaurants and things to do around town.

Great place for family!
We stayed here after a family wedding. It was perfect for several family members to all have enough room. The beds were comfortable, the towels were nice and fluffy, the kitchen was well-stocked with spices and coffee, and it was just a wonderful place to hang out. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great house centrally located in ABQ
Stayed here for 6 nights over Thanksgiving with our family of 4 and we loved the house, it worked really well for us. Great location on less travelled side street close to our ABQ relatives, very close to grocery and other stores we needed, and a fairly central location to easily get to places around the city. Nicely furnished, roomy layout, comfortable living/sitting/TV/dining areas, well equipped kitchen, large bedrooms, and laundry all worked great for us. Host was super responsive with any questions we had. I highly recommend and would definitely look to stay here again on our future trips to ABQ.

Home Away From Home
We chose this home based on its proximity to the Roadrunner Little League fields for the state little league baseball tournament. The neighborhood is perfect. It felt very safe and away from the hustle and bustle of Albuquerque, but still just a few minutes from any of the places we wanted to go (Main Event, Isotopes field, mall, Dave & Busters, Target, Whole Foods). The home was exceptionally clean with so much attention to detail from items you might need while being away from home to the high end appliances, bedding and towels. The host was phenomenal. Quick to respond to any questions and offered restaurant recommendations close to the home. She even checked in to see how our team was doing in the tournament! Multiple restaurant options in the surrounding neighborhood as well as grocery stores. Our stay length was kind of up in the air depending on how our games went and the host was very accommodating for our situation. The home is perfect for a family wanting a home away from home while in Albuquerque. We will definitely be keeping this is mind for our next trip to Albuquerque.

About the host

I was born and raised in Albuquerque and my husband is originally from Salt Lake City. We’ve both moved all over the country for our jobs and we currently live in Ellicott City, Maryland. We love taking long walks together around our neighborhood and we also love to travel around the world. Our favorite place to travel to is the Big Island of Hawaii! We love it so much that we got married there on 3/23/23! We set up our short term rental with our own personal preferences in mind based on years of traveling and staying in many different short term rentals. We look forward to sharing this space with you and are optimistic you will enjoy it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is quiet and backs up to an arroyo. There’s a beautiful trail you can walk and enjoy the view of the Sandia mountains and all of the other southwest landscape. The neighborhood feels safe and peaceful.

What makes this property unique

The thing that makes this property unique is our attention to detail. Not only in the decor and furniture we picked out but also in the way we set up the workstation and stocked the kitchen. The workstation features a standup desk with dual monitors, keyboard, mouse, and webcam! You plug the USBC cable from the docking station into your laptop and away you go! The kitchen has nice cookware and all the tools you need to make a delicious meal. We have a covered patio with table and chairs and a balcony with comfy chairs to enjoy the views. The location is in a great part of town that has a couple of breweries and some fantastic restaurants!
