The condo is located less than a mile from public beach access and with resort amenities including three pools, tennis courts, BBQ grills, a lake for fishing, and boat and trailer parking. You can walk to multiple restaurants and it's a short drive to putt-putt, Harbor Walk, amusement parks, arcades and more!

LIVING ROOM & PATIO

The open floorplan blends into a cozy living area, fitted with a flat-screen TV, a breakfast bar for 4, and a full-sized pullout sofa bed. Decked in tranquil beach decor, the space evokes calm beachy vibes. Ample natural light floods through the large sliding glass doors, which open up to a patio equipped with seating for 4 and access to a washer and dryer. This condo promises a blend of comfort, style, and convenience, making it a perfect retreat in Destin.

BEDROOM & BATHROOM:

Unwind in the tranquil sanctuary of Beach Bliss' king-sized bedroom, designed to transport you to a realm of coastal serenity. Hints of calming blues echo the ocean, setting a relaxing tone that flows throughout the room. Equipped with a flat-screen TV, the bedroom blends comfort with entertainment, ensuring your restful nights are complemented with modern conveniences.

Adjacent to the bedroom is a full-sized bathroom, recently updated with a stylish new vanity. The shower-tub combination offers flexibility, catering to those who prefer an invigorating shower to start the day or a soothing soak in the evening. With thoughtful touches and modern amenities, this space truly mirrors the calming essence of beachside living.

Other Details to Note

Two unassigned parking spaces are available. Parking passes will be sent to you before your arrival. After being filled out, half should be displayed on your dashboard and the other half will need to be turned into the Property Management office dropbox. Passes can also be picked up from the Property management office if needed.

One pool is seasonally heated from December-March.

Parking permits for boats or trailers can be issued upon request.

Fishing in the lake is catch and release.

Wristbands need to be worn when enjoying resort amenities and should be left in the condo after use. The replacement cost is $15.


Your total reservation fee for this home includes a per-booking damage waiver fee, including any applicable taxes. The damage waiver ensures coverage for any accidental damage caused to the home or its contents, including appliances and furnishings, up to a maximum of $1,500. However, to benefit from this coverage, you must report the incident to the host before you check out. Damage due to pets and smoking is excluded. The damage waiver serves as a replacement for the conventional security deposit.
