Two designated workspaces on separate levels offer private environments to get some work done. The main bedroom boasts an oversized walk in closet and attached bathroom with dual sinks. The den area provides additional sleeping space for two. Enjoy Seattle skyline views from the cozy outdoor furniture on the rooftop deck.
The property has an attached studio apartment on the ground level with its own separate entrance. A locked interior door separates the studio from the main house foyer area. Guests can book the studio in addition to the main house, or the studio may be booked separately by another guest.
The local property manager is available to assist guests during the stay and can be reached through the host.
Guests have access to the entire house. There are no shared spaces.
Enter the house from the ground level and go up one flight of stairs to the kitchen, living, dining and office area. The top level has a private bedroom with large walk in closet, room darkening shades and TV. The den area is also on this level, including a workspace, and a laundry area. The Jack and Jill bathroom is conveniently located in between the den and the bedroom. The level above is a large rooftop deck with great views and cozy furniture.
Walking to local conveniences is recommended, as parking can be scarce in the area.
Grocery stores and medical centers have private parking areas, but public street parking can be tough to find, and it also requires a parking fee.
A car service or public transportation is your best bet for getting around Seattle to visit local attractions or to get to work.
