Summary:
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay! Casa Verde is a historic home on a cobblestone street, perfect for large families or groups of friends. 3 floors, 3 separate condos each with full kitchen, living room, and 2 bedrooms each with en-suite bath. 3 levels of adjoining patios overlook the huge backyard. Two blocks from Cape Fear Riverwalk, shops, restaurants, cafes & wedding venues.

The Space:
Charming historic home on a beautiful street. Each level is its own separate, unique space with private entrance and patio. 5 of the bedrooms have queen beds, the second bedroom in the lower unit has a twin with trundle. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. 3 kitchens, dining areas, living rooms, and patios with seating and tables ensure plenty of space for the whole group. Patios overlook large private backyard with hammock and bbq area.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and yard.

The Neighborhood:
Charming cobblestone street in historic downtown Wilmington, two blocks from the Cape Fear River. Enjoy shopping, dining, and the riverwalk only a couple of blocks away.

Getting Around:
Guests will be provided with 4 parking passes for street parking in front of home, additional parking is available nearby. Home is very walkable to most activities downtown.

Historic neighborhood
The three condos gave our group lots of privacy and common areas to spend time together. The kitchens are well stocked for cooking and eating in. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms were thoughtfully stocked with products. The rooms are all tastefully decorated. It's located in a quiet neighborhood within a few minutes walk to the downtown. We all were sorry to be only staying for a long weekend.
