Nice House, bad location.
Communication with management of this property was phenomenal. I loved how responsive they were. The house was perfect for my family of 6 (including two young kids). The description of the house says it has a dishwasher…IT DOES NOT. it was really not fun having to constantly wash dishes. If you plan on doing any cooking bring your own pots and pans. The ones supplied aren’t that great. I had to soak them for a day after each use. The area that the house is located isn’t that great either. The house was nicely decorated and very comfortable. It was really great to be able to walk out the back and be able to fish right off the dock.

Beautiful house but room for improvement
Beautiful house on a canal with great views in the front and back of the house. Inside is nicely decorated and house is professionally managed with very responsive staff. The start of our stay was not great because the AC was not working upon arrival on a 92 degree day. Maintenance came within the hour and fixed it. Internet was not working either, but we were able to reset the router but the speeds were too slow to stream video. The internet did not work a day later so we had to reset daily. Not ideal. The listing mentioned a dishwasher and dishwasher detergent was provided, but I confirmed with the property manager that no dishwasher was there. The hot water did not work in one shower and we could barely put one bag of garbage in the outside garbage can because it was packed full. Despite all the issues, I probably would come back because the house and location are so nice. For this stay, I would give this 3.5 stars.

We loved Once a Knight! We were celebrating our son’s fourth birthday and he loved it! The location is perfect and was very clean, large, and welcoming! We will definitely be back!
