Great property manager and owner, but noisy roof
The good – the property management company is very responsive, the unit has a great location, the beds are good and the unit is nice. The bad - the roof makes very loud and sudden noises. Happens randomly but seems to happen more frequently between 4 – 7 am and also in the evening. The explanation I was given was thermal expansion and contraction of the roof. They are planning on putting a new roof on the building in the future. Additionally, the rooftop patio is over this unit and you hear every footstep when people are up there. I am sensitive to noise so this may not bother someone else as much.

Gateway to Aspen
The condo is in a new community, a short walk from Whole Foods and Zane's Tavern! It was spatious and airy as promised. This was a great base camp for our trips to Snowmass and Aspen.

Good location for skiing at Snowmass. Good size condo nice, heated parking garage. Grocery store and restaurants close by. Quiet, nice balcony. Clean

Great Stay
This property was so spacious and comfortable. It was also extremely convenient being right next to whole foods and starbucks and a short walk to the bus station that takes you to snowmass and aspen. Would definitely recommend.
