Come enjoy nature's splendor (as well as many amenities!) at the "Walnut Hill Hideaway", a homey condo located in The Galena Territory. Our two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms allow for groups or families to stay in comfort. The home also offers a well stocked kitchen, cozy living room with a wood burning fireplace and a deck area with wooded views. Be sure to check out the amenities during your stay-including the semi private pool 1-2 minute walk distance of the unit.

We had a nice stay. The space could use a good cleaning and some repair work - cobwebs in corners, hair on wall in primary bathroom shower, linens in the dryer still, leaky kitchen sink, towels are lower quality/faded/old, missing drawer pulls, peeling finishes on cabinets, stains on bathroom flooring, etc. Minor things, but not ideal. Due to the weather, accessing the space was difficult because the sidewalks and stairs were snow covered. Due to the different levels of the home, temperatures varied significantly indoors. We would be roasting upstairs and the main floor was still very cold. Again, nothing major, but certainly something worth noting. Positives: lovely views, plenty of beds, coffee provided, games, lots of spots for eating, fairly well stocked kitchen (needs a large bowl for mixing/salads), good tech for entertainment, nice throw blankets. This was a good spot for our family of four. Lots of stairs both to access the unit (not in pictures) and within the unit - not a fit for those with mobility issues.

Great place, as described. However, upon arrival crumbs on kitchen chairs and on floor under table, around garbage can, and around table in living room. Bathroom had toothpaste splatter on wall and appeared to be urine on master toilet. Nothing that we could not just clean up ourselves, but should not have to do this. The kitchen and bedrooms very clean.
