Casa em Ć³timo estado, e prĆ³ximo da praia, excelente!
A casa estava em Ć³timo estado, perfeitamente limpa, com tudo funcionando. A cozinha conta com equipamentos bĆ”sicos em perfeito estado, quartos com ventilador de teto, e banheiros tambĆ©m com perfeito funcionamento. O espaƧo para guardar os carros Ć© Ć³timo, e a piscina estava perfeitamente limpa e em Ć³timo estado. Com certeza recomendo esta casa.

Falta de zelo!
As fotos do anĆŗncio nĆ£o condizem com a realidade. Percebe se que o anĆŗncio foi feito quando os mĆ³veis eram novos. Ao chegar na casa me deparei com mĆ³veis mto velhos e principalmente o q mais me chocou foi o estado dos colchƵes, encardido e mofado, mto feio mesmo. Sem falar dos colchƵes de solteiro que dava para sentir a madeira da grade da cama. Cozinha com falta de zelo tb, armĆ”rios com cheiro de mofo. O dono da casa poderia ter mais cuidado e proteger o colchĆ£o com capas, e os de solteiro, poderia trocar com mais frequĆŖncia uma vez que estavam com o meio todo afundado. A casa grande boa e espaƧosa. Piscina excelente e bem limpa. PorĆ©m o estado dos mĆ³veis era de chocar qqr um. SofĆ” nĆ£o dava nem para sentar, de tĆ£o fedido. O proprietĆ”rio deveria ter mais zelo, pintar as paredes de vez em qdo e cuidar do mobiliĆ”rio.
