Spacious 3 Bedroom Cottage on Arbutus Lake

Located just 12 miles south of Traverse City on beautiful Arbutus Lake. Family and pet friendly environment. This single level cabin is spacious enough to sleep 8. The newly remodeled kitchen has a gas range, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, and utensils. Central air and WiFi. There are three bedrooms. The first has a king bed, the second has one queen bed, and the third has two queen beds. All linens and towels are provided. The shared deck overlooks the lake and beach area. There are also other cottages on the property. A 2022 Bennington pontoon boat is available to rent starting at $245/day, please give 24 hours' notice.

Family getaway
The listing and home were spot on to what we expected. The home was very clean and up to date all around. The family and I had a great time in the TC area. The suggestions is to add to the place would be blinds or window coverings on the two bedrooms and what type of coffee maker you have(Drip or Pod), Last thing would be to have a outside garbage can just outside bs walking to the dumpster. Thanks again!
