Stunning Luxurious Top Floor Condo

Newly renovated top floor condo with a luxurious feel. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, loft bedroom offers a queen size bed, and living room has a queen size pull out sofa. All with top quality mattresses and linens. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all new appliances. Enjoy partial views of the Gulf from the balcony. There is an outdoor pool and picnic area for the family to enjoy. Centrally located next to Waves Grocery/liquor store, Island Ice Cream Shop, S&S Seafood, and the Beach House Grill and Cocktails restaurant. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach and .4 of a mile to the "Hangout". There is no elevator at this condo and we are located on the top 3rd floor.

Great Location
The location was great and has easy beach access right across the street. It is also convenient being right next to the store, ice cream shop, and seafood restaurant! Nice view from the balcony.

Beautiful scene
The property was a little bit smaller than we thought it was but very cute and a great view. We cannot get the TV and neither of the bedrooms to work they said something about an update on them but very close to the water and can see it from the room. Best part was the view

Short vacay
Clean and quiet. Pool looked nice but we never used it. Wasn’t expecting 4 flights of stairs but I guess I misunderstood the description. Would stay again.
