Discover Greensboro from this comfortable recently renovated house with new appliances and furnishings!

Convenient to all of Central NC. Located 10 mins to Downtown, 7 mins to Greensboro Coliseum, 8 mins to UNCG, 9 mins to NCA&T, and 53 mins to Durham!

1st Floor:
Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed
Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed

2nd Floor:
Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed
Loft room: 1 queen bed (no door so it is not completely a private room)

Comes complete with king and queen beds, a grill, Adirondacks, a grill area, and corn-hole! Note the TIGHT stairs upstairs and that there is 1 full bathroom (along with an extra half bathroom).

PETS:
• We allow a maximum of two (2) pets not weighing more than 50 lbs.
• Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
• Pets must be supervised at all times.
• Pets must be declared upon reservation

Could be better
Communication was great and the house itself was fine. What could have been better was the internal communication between owner, property manager and cleaner who were not aware someone was checking in. We arrived after the check-in time and the house was still dirty. We had to leave to give them space and time to clean and when we came back it still was not ready. It was just not a great experience for us.
