Great place and location
Enjoyed everything about my stay except what I believe is to make both management of this property and the public aware that I had to sleep on the couch after the second night and being made aware the breakout on the side of my face was in-fact bed bugs. Beyond that I’d liked it enough that my intention was to stay for the remainder of the three months I’ll be working near Shelbyville.

Marginal place for low price
This worked for a place to sleep and shower and minimally cook for 7 days/8 nights. It was mostly very clean, except for the front porch (it had bunched up large rug, beer can and random wires) and the window sill in the bathroom (it was pretty dusty and dirty). The front porch light didn’t work, which was a little uncomfortable coming “home” in an unfamiliar area. The house had a smell of “old dog” or mustiness that was covered up by heavily fragrant wall plugin air fresheners. The washer and dryer were upgrades and nice-to-haves.
