The villas at Ocean Dunes are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website.

Ocean Dunes 320 is a villa you’re sure to want to visit again and again with all the conveniences of home which includes Wireless Internet.

A new Queen Size Sleep Number Mattress, 27” Flat Screen HDTV w/a built-in DVD combo, and Docking Station complete the bedroom. Adjacent to the bedroom is a full-size bathroom. Located in the hallway there are 2 semi-private bunk beds (ideal for small children) which can be closed off by a door.

The living area has a New queen-size sleeper sofa with a high-quality memory foam mattress, La-Z-boy recliner, wall mounted 42” flat screen smart TV to stream your favorite Netflix shows. The living area also includes a dining table that seats 4. Games and books are available in the villa for your enjoyment. There is a private balcony located off the living area that offers a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean. Ceiling fans have been installed in the bedroom, living room, and balcony. The Condo has a full-size kitchen complete with new small appliances (coffee maker, blender, toaster, and microwave) and provides an Electric Range, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher and is well stocked with plenty of cookware and kitchen gadgets to make it easy to cook.

Each unit in Ocean Dunes has secured wireless internet service.

The Ocean Dunes, oceanfront pool is now a heated pool that will be open seven days a week all year long. The temperature will be set to 82 degrees which is the industry standard. The pool hours are from 9 AM till sunset.

Ocean Dunes is located on the south end of the island, along South Forest Beach Drive, a short distance from Coligny Plaza and Coligny Beach Park. Ocean Dunes is an oceanfront property that is situated about 70 yards from the ocean. Guests have access to the Hilton's Oceanside Bar and Grill and Starbucks.

Reviewer Comments: The view was spectacular and with the AC running in the bedroom it was quiet overall. The tub drained a little slow, but everything else in the Villa was good. The shower water pressure was good and the villa overall was clean. But we came to the beach for the view of the ocean, and this room has that in spades. The pool was heated, which was a must as it was on the chilly side during our stay. Lots of things to do close to the property. Check out Hilton Head Social Bakery and the Jazz Corner. Both are amazing!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I come to ocean vacations to enjoy the view from our condo. This unit had a great view of ocean at a very reasonable rate. Sleep number bed was nice, since I like a soft bed. I really like the location also. We went on long 2-4 mile walks on the beach each day. The sand is hard which was a little different than I am used to and hardly any shells. Would recommend providing beach chairs in the unit.
