Knotty Pines cabin is a lovely 80-year-old 3 brdm + 1.5 bthrm cabin. Very serene location in Lake Gregory. It offers 2 queens beds upstairs, open plan living, dining, kitchen, and bathroom. Great deck to enjoy your favorite beverage sits in the trees and a side stone patio with gas BBQ. Only a few minutes from the lake and Crestline vintage stores, Lake Arrowhead is a short 15 min drive to enjoy The Village and its restaurants. Ski slope and Santas Village 20 mins. So close to everything.
There is a House Manual in the home.

-Quiet Hours Sunday – Thursday 9 pm to 8 am
-Quiet Hours Friday – Saturday 10 pm to 8am
-This is a full-time neighborhood please be mindful of loud music and outside noise during quiet hours.
-This is not a “Party House” please treat the home with the love and care the owners do.
-No underage drinking
-No drug use of any kind, this includes marijuana.
-No smoking inside or outside the property. This includes but is not limited to marijuana, cigarettes, pipe, cigars, or vape pens. If we smell any smoke/marijuana inside the home, there will be an additional $250 fee.
-No outdoor fires of any kind
-If this is a Pet-Friendly home, all pets must be approved by management. Please pick up all feces left behind by your pet and place in the outside trashcan.
