About this property

Heart of chinatown, pedestrian zone, go on foot to Center and the Sempione park

The Chinatown island is a unique mix between a "new" Chinese community and the old neighborhood artisan shops. One of the most identifying districts in the world is founded on these two pillars, a unique village that in just a few meters smells of oriental spices and panettone.
Below the house is a pedestrian area with dozens of restaurants and as many unique bars, street food, unique shopping, supermarkets, technology shops.
At 200 meters take tram 12 or 14 to go to the Milan cathedral, skirting the arena, the park and the Sforza castle.
Walk through Paolo Sarpi and reach the Sempione park with the arch of peace, the Sforzesco castle, the Triennale or go towards: via Moscova; the Trees library; Gae Aulenti square; Garibaldi door; Corso Como, Corso Garibaldi all within walking distance walking through skyscrapers and ancient houses
The Steam Factory and the Monumental cemetery are behind the house.
At 600 meters take the M5 subway stop "Monumetale" and reach City Life, San Siro, Bicocca degli Arcimboldi.
with the M2 metro the Central and Cadorna stations.
In a typical railing house with bathroom and full kitchen and three 130 cm beds for sleeping comfortably with friends. After passing a large wooden door you will enter the courtyard and to access the lift, the stairs and the railings you will have to pass another iron gate.

Great location and comfortable place to stay
We came for a trade show. The approximation to Brera and Porta Garibaldi was a key search for us. Living room with open kitchen and dining table. Good clean bathroom. Small Bedroom with two futons and one more futon in living - total making 3. Easy can accommodate 3 people sleeping spaciously. Bedding was good even for a picky traveler. The bedroom window goes to a very busy Main Street in China town. I used ear plugs so for me this was not a problem. Also do not turn on MW and electric kettle at the same time because the European breakers are very sensitive. The building has an elevator which is a huge thing for travelers in Italy. Giuliana is a wonderful host, accurate and responsive. I hope to be able to stay there again next year.
