I would agree the unit needs TLC. There were several broken items, paint touchups, remotes that didn’t work, no coffee pot etc. the unit has potential and should be upkept better.

Adeqaute but Needs some tlc
Location is good. We were a group of 6. We travel alot and use Virbo often. The needs TLC We didn't have enough bedding. Sleeps 10 with 6 beds.. but only 4 blankets. The stools were ready to break wobbled heavily, couch is well wore but sinks to wood. Bare bones on silverware and dishes, toiletries, Had a few roaches in kitchen. Tv remotes everywhere with missing batteries. Tv in loft no hook up. Good Called the host and he gave us code to owners closet for 2 blankets..we were still short 2. Location good Fairly clean. Pool looked clean.
