The location was fantastic--it took me one minute to get to Union Station from the front door of the condo complex. The complex itself was very safe and appeared to have a lot of VRBOs in it--they're used to us being there.
In terms of the condo, it's what I would expect from a corporate owner. Super bare minimum (if more than four people stayed here, you wouldn't all have mugs, plates, etc), not personal, etc. So if that's what you're looking for, this is perfect. Amenities are as advertised.
If you're traveling alone, be aware that you'll meet the key person on a public street where they approach you (they do know your name). The guy I met was really nice and did a great job. But initially, I was supposed to meet a woman at night, and the person got changed at the last minute, which I would just be prepared for when it's not a key drop. (Toronto is safe, but if you're a first-time VRBO'er, be aware.)
I would bring your own toiletries unless you don't mind watered-down shampoo/soap. We bought some after night one. Additionally, the bathrooms didn't all have full sets of linens (one was missing a wash cloth and one a bath mat). And on our last day, we found three sets of sheets and linens in the dryer, still wet. By that time, we'd compensated.
We spent almost no time in the condo itself because we'd gone there to travel around, but if you had been planning on spending a lot of time there, I would just be aware. We paid for the location and it was worth it, for us.
