Horrible experience bc of booking agent
My original reservation was cxl 3 days before my trip. I was offered another property “just down the road” which ended up being 16 miles away from our original reservation and where the rest of our party was staying.My party of 3…my husband, myself and our college age son…ckd in to our new property at 10:30 PM to find our “studio deluxe” was a Murphy bed unit, which only accommodates 2! After reaching out to the front desk, she informed me that NONE of the studio units on this property accommodate more than 2 guests! Apparently Christen did NOT do his homework on the property he offered and booked for me as a replacement! After finding a new arrangement for the rest of our trip, I reached out to Christen about the situation asking for a refund bc our needs were not meet. I was told no refunds could be made because I agreed to the offer! Why in the world would they offer me something that would not work for my party??? And had I known I would not have accepted such an offer! Customer service is NOT Christens top priority!
I will say the property was clean and the ckin process was easy…my only issue is that it did not fit the needs of my party and that Christen is not taking responsibility for his mistake in offering and booking us this property. Had it only been 2 of us it would have been totally fine.
