The space
These are wilderness cabins! If you are looking for TV, WiFi, electricity - this is not the place for you. NO ELECTRICITY. Loud parties are not tolerated. Some drinking water is provided, but you will want to bring some of your own depending on your needs. Please note! The pictures of the interior looks like there is electricity ( fan, lights, refrigerator), but we are getting ready for some off grid solar power, but is not available yet!

Peaceful Getaway
My boyfriend and I stayed here for the solar eclipse and a short getaway. Everything was great but wish we were able to stay longer. We will be back!

The Best Stay in NY
This was our second stay at Goudy Pond with a group of friends coming up to fish the Salmon River. There is nowhere else we'll ever stay in NY. Goudy Pond & the host, Ed, provide an absolutely excellent stay for people looking for a semi-remote outdoorsy, extremely scenic, and fun experience. Great location, very well kept property, very well managed, and extremely responsive and friendly host. We're repeat customers and will continue to be in the future. Goudy Pond is by far the best place to stay if you like to unwind by the campfire and enjoy some nice scenery without the fine luxuries of an "in-town" commercialized location. The cabins give a rustic outdoorsy "hunting camp" type feel which makes a trip special (especially for us fishermen who love camping anyway).
