Welcome to North Shore Club where you can vacation at an affordable condo that's a bike ride away from downtown South Haven and Lake Michigan beaches. This convenient first floor condo has been nicely updated and shows pride of ownership throughout. The living room is a cozy gathering space and there's attractive flooring throughout, bright sunny rooms, updated windows, newer HVAC system and a spacious deck. This established association has plenty to offer (relaxing pool with accommodating deck area, beautiful mature trees, 12 acres of green space and plenty of parking). If you want a peaceful/quiet location that's close to South Haven attractions this may be the one for you! 1/2 mile to First Street beach access, 2 miles to North Beach, 2 miles to downtown, 1 mile to Kal-Haven Trail.
