Clean, freshly updated farmhouse-style cottage in the heart of northern Nelson County wine country! The Little Farmhouse is ready for you to host your group and be the hero for being the one who found this gem. Within a mile from Veritas and at the base of Afton Mountain, the property has been stylishly updated for your enjoyment. The Little Farmhouse is just a short drive from the new Afton Mountain Tunnel and all the 151 breweries, cideries, and wineries the region has to offer!

You'll be interacting via TEXT directly with the owners, but not in person unless needed.
The neighborhood is quiet and rural. 0.9 miles to Veritas, and ELEVEN wineries/breweries/distilleries within 5 miles! 15 mins to Humpback Rocks and Jack Albright Loop (plane crash site!). 1.5 miles to Afton Tunnel!
There are three keypad entry doors to the property.
This 1960’s cottage has been fully updated with modern farmhouse style. The upstairs is a completely open floor plan for entertaining your group, plus the basement is outfitted so the property can sleep 8. The laundry room contains a high capacity washer and dryer that can be quietly closed off from all the activity of the household. There’s even a separate gaming area in the basement if someone from your group wants to escape the rest of the activity. Also included are three smart TV’s, board games, ceiling fans, Keurig and regular coffee makers, stainless steel appliances, cooking basics, and modern farmhouse decor. Complimentary wifi, toiletries, hairdryer, ironing board, and central heating and air conditioning.

Outside, there are peaceful views of the nearby woods, firewood is provided for the fire pit, and there is wraparound porch to the front and back so you can entertain outside. There is a cute little dining area out back if you enjoy dining outside.
There is parking for three cars.

The property is easily accessible by car and contains three parking spaces.

Great getaway with friends!
Perfect location to visit shops, wineries, and breweries. The beds are comfy, the kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. Enjoyed the fire pit on chilly evenings.

We were all so very impressed with this rental. It was the best well stocked vacation home we have ever stayed in not to mention super clean and just a really beautiful home. we had no idea how close everything happened to be, we couldn’t have picked a better location. This house was in a perfect location, far enough out for some peace and quiet but only a 10 minute drive to town with great views of all the nearby mountains. The place was very well stocked with all amenities. Very nice decor and made you feel right at home.
