Horrible experience
Horrible experience!! The experience with the host was a cringy experience. The host resides 2 houses down from the property. She walked passed the property multiple times inspecting the guest. She even rode past in her vehicle her black sports car very slowly observing those that sat in the front of the home. The rules of the home were made quite clear in the 5 page memo she leaves for guest. All the occupants were made to feel very uncomfortable during the stay. The evening of the second night she sent the reminder about checkout which again is clearly outlined in the house 5 page memorandum. This was sent at 8pm. Then again at 8 in the morning. Because the guest felt so uncomfortable they woke up and were all packed ready to leave well before check out at 11am. At 830am while guest were getting picked up to leave there were kids present and the host Ana proceeded to ask the children what time they were leaving instead of an adult who she should have reached. We asked about the WiFi connection it was never turned on. There was no toilet paper in either bathroom. We purchased our own as opposed to reaching out to the host in order to limit our interaction with her.
I have stayed in many homes and this was by far the worst experience. The home is beautiful but not worth the trouble of feeling as adults you are being monitored. I would not recommend this place. There are far more beautiful places with much better hospitality than this host offers. I am also disputing charges
