About this space
The house was just renovated and designed specifically to be a home away from home vacation spot. It's fully furnished with all new furniture, kitchen fully equipped, and other necessary things the guests will need during their stay. It's located on cul de sack with no passing traffic. The back yard has lake access with dock and space to entertain. There is a large 3 person canoe, a paddle boat as well as fishing poles for you to use. Only a few miles away from Tourist attractions and Beach.
The space
The house itself is 1120sf of living including Florida room, one full bath, one car garage. Additional half bath and washer and dryer located in the garage. There is plenty of sitting areas within the house. It's located on the Lake Conley with Serene setting and all sorts of wildlife including alligators,/no swimming allowed/ the perfect place for bird lovers and fishing lovers. Close to many attractions.

The entire house with a garage and backyard.
Other things to note
Being on the lake be aware of the lake bugs like mosquitos. Supply yourself with repellant and make sure to keep the windows and doors closed after dark/the light will attract the bugs/.

Beautiful property
This is a beautiful, well taken care of home. We stayed 3 weeks and we cook a lot. The kitchen had just what we needed .The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows and linens were supplied. The backyard and dock was a great place to view the lake, which has so much wildlife. It was fun to watch. They even provide binoculars, but the birds are so close. The lake has alligators that were exciting to see. We felt safe the entire time as there is a seawall that keeps them where they should be and they never came close. We enjoyed using the chairs, umbrella and cooler for day trips. We visited the Fred Howard Park 15 minutes away. Which is just gorgeous and has multiple beach areas. St. Pete is not far away and we enjoyed several trips there for the farmers market and to visit the Pier. The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and Ilona was a great host. I would absolutely recommend this property without hesitation. Lovely Place.
