Walk to the clubhouse/restaurant & bar for dinner, drinks and live music, and golf at the beautiful, well-maintained 18 hole course! Only 10 minutes to downtown Boerne!

Zero tolerance for any type of smoking inside the unit / on patios with the door open- $500 fee will be charged. $25 fee per cigarette butt found.
Unfortunately Pets over 20 lbs are prohibited per HOA. Pets may not be left on the balconies unattended. Excessive barking will result in $50 fine.
No partying, loud music, use of foul language at the pool. GLASS is prohibited at/in the pool area. Guests responsible for damages that they cause.

A Winner For Us
This property fit what we were looking for. It's location was out in the hill county but close enough to go in all directions for shopping, eating, entertainment, etc. Having the clubhouse bar/restaurant was a big plus. The view was fantastic and we never tired of it even when the weather was cold and we stayed in. Also, the host was very responsive to communications when it was needed.

I opened my first VRBO about a 5 years ago. I since have opened my 4th location- all in Boerne. When I'm not working I'm either at the gym, hanging out with my dogs or saltwater fishing. I opened my VRBOs to give travelers the option to stay in a comfy home during their visit. (3 out of 4 of my listings are very close to Main St/downtown Boerne). I look forward to hosting you!
